Edward Heaton is the founder of Heaton & Partners. He has a rare breadth of prime property experience gained over nearly 30 years in both central London (at Beauchamp Estates and Winkworth) and in the country (as a director of Savills and a partner of a regional firm). Edward acts for a diverse client base and has extensive knowledge of both residential and agricultural property.
Karen Goodin has nearly 25 years property experience in central London, most recently spending over five years at a Mayfair based firm which she helped grow into one of London’s leading buying agencies. Prior to that Karen spent six years at Chesterfield in Knightsbridge. She is the partner in charge of our London office.
Helen Rhodes has operated in the prime property sector since 1996, both in London and the country, during which time she has advised a diverse range of clients from the Royal Household to the American Ambassador for London.  Helen lives in Henley and spent five years at Property Vision before joining Heaton & Partners as a partner.

 
Merlin Dormer has been working in the prime central London market for over 25 years, both as a partner of Knight Frank and as principal of his own company, Merlin Dormer Property. Merlin has both residential and commercial property experience, from acquisitions, sales, lettings and subsequent management. He is a partner of the firm.
Charlie Warner is an experienced buying agent who has operated in the country house market for over eight years. Charlie lives in Hampshire and is a partner in the firm. Prior to joining Heaton & Partners he worked for the buying arm of Strutt & Parker and in Savills' Country Department. 
Bertie Cassels has over seven years of experience in prime residential property, most recently at John D Wood in Oxford. He lives in Oxfordshire and primarily covers the Cotswolds area for the firm. 
Anna Bidwell is from a PR and Marketing background with an additional five years’ experience in London working as a project manager for an established property fund.  Anna provides administrative support to the team.
Charlotte Sams graduated from the Royal Agricultural University at Cirencester in 2017 and joined Heaton & Partners soon after. Charlotte assists with property management and provides administrative support to the team.
